Hey! Thanks for being here.

I am Tyra van der Gracht, the owner and lead stylist of SB. I have a passion for serving others, a keen eye for detail, and a deep love for bringing people’s visions to life. After spending countless enjoyable hours planning both my friend’s wedding and my own, I knew I had found my calling. So, when the opportunity to take over a local rental company came up in 2019, I couldn’t resist.

After less than a year in business, I made the decision to fully dedicate myself to serving couples, ensuring they receive the attention and support they deserve in the months leading up to their special day. Now, I spend my days immersed in creating beautiful decor, expanding our inventory, and proudly serving over 100 couples each year.

When I’m not Pinteresting new ideas or meeting with couples, you’ll likely find me outside, at our family cabin, planning our next getaway, or enjoying a cup of tea.

I hit the ground running with Something Borrowed in November 2019. With a heart to serve, I very quickly fell in love with the design process and the couples I was able to connect with and knew it was meant to be.

I am your small town girl and am now located and live the acreage life near Cudworth, Saskatchewan with my husband and personal carpenter, Luke. Our daughters, Adalyn and Everly are my sweetest, little assistants. I saw a need for affordable wedding rentals in our area, and I understand how important it is to celebrate love in the place you call home. Even if your community hall isn’t the most glamorous venue, we’re here to help you get creative and make something truly beautiful.

While I’d love to take all the credit, Luke is the real handyman behind our operation. As a Journeyman Carpenter, he’s always ready to bring the next project to life, whether it’s critiquing designs or building custom creations. Together, we’re dedicated to making your special day as beautiful and memorable as possible.

As SB grew, so did our team. In 2022, Olivia joined us as our Office Coordinator, assisting with order prep and packing behind the scenes. With her calm demeanour, creative flair, and exceptional attention to detail, Olivia quickly became an invaluable part of our team.

She soon stepped into a lead role in styling support and Day-of Coordination. Olivia is here to guide you seamlessly through your wedding day, whether she’s helping bring your vision to life or acting as a trusted professional keeping everything on track. You’re truly lucky to have Olivia by your side.
